The Problem
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) was in need of a web portal application prototype to provide a collaborative work environment to support procurement requisition activities.
CTi's Contribution
CTi provided Share Point Services for the control and coordination of all work performed. Some of the deliverables include:

- Requirements/Alternative Analysis and Definition
- Detailed system requirements
- Develop phased implementation plan
- Develop detailed test plans
- Establish performance objectives
The Results
CTi designed a Web portal (called NOAALink) that provides an overall framework and main access point for users to access the collection of workflows reports, charts and content making the production of work products more efficient, accountable, and transparent.
CTi also designed a system based on client requirements and delivered a package of plans, a schedule, and a budget to take the project from the conceptual and feasibility phase to the execution phase of the project.
