The Problem
The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Exempt Organizations Customer Education and Outreach (EO CE&O) office was in need of an Information Technology team to provide communication consulting in developing, refining, and delivering education and outreach through Web-based and electronic media or related technologies and channels.

CTi delivered a complete web portal and content management solution that includes:

- Website enhancement
- Support the re-design of stayexempt.org website
- Host multi-media from various pages on irs.gov website
The Result
With the successful implementation of the Content Management Platform, DotNetNuke (DNN), on the Internal Revenue Service micro site – Stayexempt.irs.gov, its users have the ability to effectively manage content for pre-defined areas of the site on an ongoing basis; such as site wide search capability, secure login access and Google analytics reporting.
