Web Portal Development
The Blast Injury Research Program facilitates the exchange of vital research among public and private research programs studying Blast Injury. CTi delivered a web portal for sharing vital information among research groups, including the government, academic researchers, and information for the public.

Web Content Management
In partnership with the OPA DEC, CTi developed a content management process for creating, editing, and publishing Web content to Department of Labor.gov (www.dol.gov) and LaborNet. The CTi solution resulted in faster and more efficient publication of web content, reduced errors, and ensured the quality of the websites.
- Section 508/Accessibility Compliance
Presidential mandate "New Freedom Initiative" required the Department of Labor to provide a centralized portal for Federal, State, and Local disability-related information for the public. CTi developed and maintained the business case and developed the website as a 508/Accessibility compliant website.
- Website Development and Translation
USA.gov and gobiernousa.gov were developed by CTi for GSA's Office of Citizens Services and Communications (OCSC). CTi upgraded the functionality and appearance of the site and developed the Spanish language version, gobiernousa.gov. The new site was recognized as one of the top 5 government websites in 2009 (Excellence.Gov award).
- PMO Automation
Our partner CSC, Inc. needed to support the NC MMIS (North Carolina Medicaid Management Information Systems) by developing a Project Management Office (PMO) compliant with the Capability Maturing Model Integration (CMMI) standard. CSC, Inc. called on CTi to build and implement the system, enabling the NC MMIS to realize savings in it's PMO operations.
