Alfredo Casta
President and Chief Executive Officer
CEO and founder of Cascades Technologies, Inc. (CTi), Alfredo Casta has led the organization to become one of Inc. 500 magazine’s fastest growing companies. Mr. Casta combines technical expertise, solid management skills and an unrelenting mission focus to accomplish results in the service of the American public. With over 20 years of experience in the management of IT systems, Mr. Casta has held senior leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. Prior to starting CTi, Mr. Casta served as Division Chief with the U.S. Department of Labor. 
Enid Acosta
Vice President
Enid M. Acosta is the Vice President and Controller of Cascades Technologies, inc. (CTi). Ms. Acosta manages all area of accounts receivables, accounts payable, financial reconciliations and payroll. She also prepares financial analysis and prepares the company’s financial statements for independent financial reviews.
Prior to coming to CTi, Ms. Acosta served as an Auditor for the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of Inspector General and the U.S. Postal Service Office of the Inspector General. Ms. Acosta was recognized in multiple occasions for the quality of her work and commitment to the values and mission of the U.S. Postal Service, including the Award of Excellence by the U.S. Executive Council on Integrity and Efficiency.
Ms. Acosta graduated from the University of Puerto Rico earning a B.A in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. 
Carlos Rojas
Executive Director of Information Technology
Carlos Rojas is Executive Director of Information Technology for CTi. He is responsible for the successful planning, implementation and maintenance of IT operations for the company. With his extensive experience and success with information technology, Mr. Rojas spearheads the direction of long-term IT solutions, polices and procedures that support the business needs of CTi and its clients. 
Cristina Naranjo
Executive Director of Information Systems
Cristina Naranjo is Executive Director of Information Systems for CTi. She has more than nine years of experience in the design and development of multiple software applications for clients in the Federal health market.
Ms Naranjo's experience in the managing multi-million dollar cross-functional software development projects, program management skills, and her strong record of accomplishment in project management make her an invaluable resource for CTi clients.
Ms Naranjo is a PMP (Certified Project Management Professional), and is ITIL certified (Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management).
Nick Budhai
Executive Director of Federal Solutions
Mr. Budhai is Executive Director of Federal Solutions for CTi. He is responsible for the program management of one of CTi's largest Federal clients. Mr. Budhai has leveraged his ten years of IT experience to deliver improved IT services and solutions. His leadership in business process management has helped CTi clients to realign their business processes to successfully manage, deliver and support their IT services. 
Dan Juraschek
Executive Director of Human Recources
Dan and his team support CTi and its clients from project start to close by identifying and recruiting great talent, ensuring staff development, and by facilitating project close. His team supports CTi clients by facilitating visioning, performance measurement, team building and staff engagement. |
