(CTi), a professional consulting firm for the federal government, together with Science Applications International Corporation [NYSE:SAI], announced the award of a contract with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  The contract to SAIC is for $19 million over a seven-year period of performance.  CTi will provide regulatory affairs, technical and administrative support for clinical research programs through this contract.
