Background

• GSA selected CTi to optimize the effectiveness of USA.gov, the U.S. government’s official web portal, as well as GobiernoUSA.gov, the Spanish language version of the site
• CTi and GSA collaborate closely to streamline the public’s access to critical information and services on the Web

Requirement

• Provide content management support services, accessibility compliance, usability assistance, optimization services and project management support for both USA.gov as well as GobiernoUSA.gov
• Develop, write, and edit content for the USA.gov portal as needed in both English and Spanish
