Use the following tips to troubleshoot problems viewing items in the Media Center.

Connection Speed
View from a computer with a broadband Internet connection such as cable or DSL. Audio and video files may not play over dial-up modems.

Computer Resources
Close all other programs running on your computer to free up resources for processing audio and video files.

Adobe Flash Player
This site requires the Adobe Flash Player. If you have not installed the player previously, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (see below for instructions).
If you have already installed the Adobe Flash Player but it is not functioning properly, repair your installation using the steps below:
