Founded on February 20, 1998, Cascades Technologies LLC (d/b/a "CTI") is a successful and innovative IT company. Our mission is "to help our clients succeed by fully understanding their mission and challenges, and applying technology, experience, and knowledge to deliver results." Today, Cascades continues to grow under the expert guidance and care of its President, Tom Conaway.

In 2009, Cascades achieved its first CMMI Level 2 for Services rating. CMMI is an internationally recognized and acclaimed model that is used for assessing and improving software development and systems engineering capabilities. When properly applied, the model ensures that projects are accurately defined, managed, and implemented, thereby increasing the likelihood that requirements are met and goals are achieved within established timelines and budgets. Cascades again achieved CMMI Level 2 for Services certification in early 2018.
Cascades is a customer-focused professional and IT consulting firm, committed to its clients as a reliable advisor and solutions provider. Our drive for efficiency and productivity continually improves our services and results in efficiencies for our clients in the form of cost savings and Lean high-performance teams. Cascades provides comprehensive information technology (IT) services and program management support to federal and commercial clients. We are prepared to be on call when necessary and are ready to address any issues that could potentially compromise our client’s security networks and systems. Cascades primary customers include the federal government, civilian agencies within the federal government, and commercial clients. Our services range from high-level IT services and support for an OCIO and data analytics for a surgeon general, to routine IT help desk services and support. Cascades is on the GSA IT-70 Schedule, GSA 8(a) STARS II GWAC, CIO-SP3, and has multiple agency-specific contract vehicles in place.
