The National Insitutes of Health (NIH) Chief Information Officer Solutions Partners (CIO-SP3) Small Business (SB) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract engineered to provide "cutting-edge" IT solutions for the government. With 137 labor categories, CIO-SP3 SB covers a wide range of IT services and solutions across ten task areas. As a Prime Contractor on this vehicle, Cascades offers government agencies a robust mechanism to help meet their socio-economic goals while receiving the quality, reliability, and ingenuity that only Cascades can offer.
GSA 8(a) STARS II GWAC GS‐06F‐0783Z
GSA's 8(a) STARS II is a small business set-aside GWAC multiple-award IDIQ contract, designed to provide leading technology solutions from award-winning 8(a) small businesses, like Cascades, to federal agencies. Using 8(a) STARS II enables ederal agency procurement offices to access a network of 8(a) firms through an established contract vehicle instead of through traditional, open-market, methods. Time and taxpayer savings may be realized by sole-sourcing task order awards under the competitive threshold through this vehicle.
GSA IT-70 Schedule GS-35F-0617X
GSA's Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 (also known as IT-70) was established to assist federal government agencies with the procurement of IT products, services, and solutions as needed to meet their agency IT missions. IT Schedule 70 provides its users with a user-friendly interface, flexible options, and a wider range of IT solutions providers to choose from.
Agency-Specific Purchase and Ordering Agreements
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Information Technology Supplies & Suppoart Services (IT Triple S) is a Base Purchase Agreement (BPA) established under GSA's IT Schedule 70 contract vehicle for the Department of Justice (DOJ). This BPA allows the DOJ to procure a variety of IT services and solutions of varying scope and complexity. Task Orders/Delivery Orders issued under this BPA are competed via an IT Triple S Task Order Request "S-TOR" or an IT Triple S Delivery Order Request "COMM". These initiatives enable the DOJ to coordinate, simplify, and unify the FBI's IT acquisition process by streamlining its procurement in a way that makes it easier to source innovative IT solutions providers - like Cascades.
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Information Technology Application Services II (FDIC ITAS II)
FDIC's ITAS II is a multiple-award Basic Ordering (BOA) contract. The BOA includes provisions for ordering Information Technology (IT) support services under a multiple-award contract structure. ITAS II work is arranged into 5 groups. Group 1 is known as Development and Major Enhancement projects; Group 2 is Maintenance and Enhancement to FDIC’s application portfolio; Group 3 is Release Management, Configuration Management and Performance Testing; Group 4 is Development Tools services, Service-Oriented Architecture and Records Information Management, Document Management Services and Internet Services and Group 5 is Enterprise Information Management (EIM). Cascades currently provides support under two of these groups across three Task Order BOAs.
